Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
United States
Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take several days to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
To provide the fastest possible delivery, items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
There will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments.
Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Incorrect shipping information
The Daily Vault is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we may be unable to modify or recover the package.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment requests.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier.
While we will do our best to assist, The Daily Vault is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Shipping Protection
If shipping protection is offered and purchased at checkout, claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages may be eligible for replacement or reimbursement in accordance with the protection provider's terms.
