Refund policy

At The Daily Vault, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Personal care items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Please include:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.

    Change of Mind Returns

    If you would like to return an item for reasons other than damage, defects, or shipping errors:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.    

      Refunds

      Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

      Please note that your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

      Order Cancellations

      Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

      Lost Packages

      If tracking indicates that a package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
